Which straw length should I choose?

Choose the 5-inch format for short cocktails, espresso drinks and compact glassware. Choose the 8-inch format for highballs, iced coffee and tall cocktails. If you are unsure, a qualified-buyer sample pack includes both lengths.

How many straws are in a cylinder?

Each standard cylinder contains 500 straws. The cylinder is made from cardstock and has a friction-fit lid so loose straws can be covered between service periods.

Are all the straws identical?

No. Naturally Straws are natural stems, not manufactured tubes. Diameter and colour vary slightly from straw to straw. The usual outside diameter range is approximately 4–6 mm.

Can I buy a master carton?

Yes. Master-carton options are listed for the 5-inch and 8-inch formats. They are intended for high-volume hospitality programmes and approved trade partners. Apply for a Trade Account before placing a volume order so we can confirm terms and delivery requirements.

How do I request trade pricing?

Create an account on this store and then complete the steps on the Trade Account page. Public store pricing is for retail purchase; commercial terms are reviewed before approval.

Can I try the product first?

Qualified bars, cafés, restaurants, hotels and retail buyers can request the sample pack. We ask for a few business details so the sample goes to a buyer who can assess it in service.

Can distributors or online sellers apply?

Yes. Tell us how you sell, where you operate and whether you hold stock or use a fulfilment partner. Distributor and online-seller terms are reviewed separately from direct-venue accounts.
